They seem to be exceptionally lice-free in Baden-Württemberg. I'm jealous!
(In Frankfurt I'm afraid of the pesticides and in the countryside I've unfortunately only seen flowers that were almost black with lice. No Holler-Küchle for me ...)
What are you doing with them? Juice? The one at the bottom looks like a kind of cream?

So far I’ve made Elder-lemonade, - jelly, "-rohrnudeln" (I don’t think there is an english term?), and not-elder-syrup
